International Projects

The Practice has always retained an interest in international work when suited to our work profile.  Major projects overseas include Offices in London’s Docklands, Hospitals in Nigeria, Sudan and Uganda, Research Centre in Tanzania, Commercial Developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Irish Pavilion in Seville for the 1992 World Fair.

While the majority of our design work is on Irish based projects, more than half of our clients are international or have significant interests outside of Ireland. It has been our experience that our clients value our expertise and they have invited to to compete for projects in other countries.

With our new alliance with BIM& we believe our Practice is well placed to take a leading role in the provision of competitive M&E Design services to our international clients  through the use of BIM servers and fully IFC compliant federated BIM models.

In the past, our international projects have been client led and over the past few years our principal designers have gained extensive experience of commercial developments in the Middle East. Combining this with our new set of high tech 3D modelling and BIM tools , we plan to proactively seek out international projects that build on that experience and on the knowledge base of the Practice to deliver the highest quality designs at competitive prices to International clients.
