Skycourt Shopping Centre

Skycourt Shannon is a major development of 200,000 sq feet of shopping, lifestyle and leisure facilities. The project involved extension to and refurbishment of existing centre comprising of anchor tenant store, retail units, foodcourt, pub, cafe and multi- storey car parking facilities. The design of mechanical and electrical services installation included general & emergency lighting, fire alarm, public address & background music system, security systems, communication services, mechanical plant & controls, transportation services, lightning protection system, general purpose power, heating, ventilation, soils & wastes and the total replacement of all utility services. We achieved completion on schedule and within budget.
